H.E. Mr. Amr Abdullah Al Dabbagh
H.E. Mr. Amr Abdullah Al Dabbagh is chairman & CEO of the Jeddah-based Al-Dabbagh Group, a family conglomerate founded in 1962 by His Excellency Abdullah Al-Dabbagh, former Saudi Minister of Agriculture. Employing more than 13,000 people globally through its 57 companies, Al-Dabbagh Group has four strategic business portfolios (Food, Housing, Petroleum & Auto Services, and Packaging) and actively looks to expand its services and capabilities through an incubation portfolio. Through its array of companies, Al-Dabbagh Group has established a manufacturing presence in 35 countries as well as sales, services and projects in more than 60 countries.
H.E. Mr. Al Dabbagh has enjoyed a 30-year career that began in 1984 when he joined Al-Dabbagh Group. During the course of his career, he has served for two terms as governor (with a rank of a minister) of the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority, two terms on the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and two terms on the Makkah Regional Council.
Currently a member of the board of trustees of the Eisenhower Fellowship based in Philadelphia, Mr. Al Dabbagh is also a member of the Cleveland Clinic International Leadership Board in Cleveland and a governor of the London Business School Governing Body.
