Each of these operating facilities, with an average area of 75,000 square meters, have in total a production capacity of 770,000 square meters per year. These operations are supported by 2,552 skilled employees.
The company also has a new manufacturing facility in Libya, which is yet to commence operations. It is also in the process of constructing its latest manufacturing facility in King Abdullah Economic City, KSA with a production capacity of 230,000 square meters per year.
At present, Red Sea Housing Services has more than 3,000 highly qualified and skilled personnel, distributed on various field installation projects and in its Dubai, U.A.E, Jubail, K.S.A. and Accra, Ghana manufacturing plants. Red Sea Housing Services craftsmen and skilled workers often are competent in two or more trades, thereby enjoying a large degree of flexibility in planning and execution.
Each factory location comprises an area of roughly 75,000 square meters. In support of our prefabricated buildings, Red Sea Housing Services also manufacturers of sound attenuated generator enclosures, water and sewage treatment plants, water and fuel storage tanks to provide a completely turnkey camp solutions.
Utilities are provided with a comprehensive operating and maintenance manual, which will enable the end user to fully understand the plant and easily identify the parts and consumables.
With our vast experience in camp design and manufacture, a dedicated engineering department and continuous feedback from our field staff, we are able to manufacture utilities with the emphasis on quality, durability, mobility, and user friendliness.

To complement the growing demand for our products, Red Sea Housing Services has started the construction of its fourth manufacturing facility in King Abdullah Economic City, Saudi Arabia, which is slated for completion by the end of 2015. This facility will increase the company’s annual production capacity from 770,000 sqm to more than 1,000,000 sqm.
