Site Manager – Jubail, Saudi Arabia

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a Site Manager for the continued growth of our Camp Operations group in Saudi Arabia.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Successfully coordinate and support all relevant activities of the catering, housekeeping, maintenance, consumable, and service of the operation with a special emphasis Occupational Health & Safety and overall client satisfaction. 
  • Deal with a variety of contacts including the clients, coworkers, residents and contractors as it relates to the overall operations of the various facilities. 
  • Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling departmental staff, resources and activities to meet the already establish and maintained high catering, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance and customer service standards and ensure the efficient and effective operation of the entire Operations Department.
  • The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager.
     

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
  • At least ten (10) years of management experience, preferably in a disciple of either hospitality management or remote site logistics.
  • Previous Middle East work experiences would be an asset. 
  • Job Type: Job Rotation: 6 months on, 21 days off.
