Sales & Marketing Development Manager – Africa/South America

Successful candidates will have a demonstrated strong track record of success in international Sales/Business Development

Manages and directs a sales force to achieve global sales and profit goals. Designs and recommends sales and marketing programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies. 

Must be aware of international variances in cultural and legal issues pertaining to sales. Manages an International based sales and marketing team. 

Possess a wide degree of creativity and latitude, is expected to sell camps and temporary housing facilities in the Mining, Oil / Gas Industry, Construction, Power, water industry.



  • Responsible for all sales & marketing activities, as directed by Management.
  • Recruit, train and assist internal and international sales field manager
  • Provide updates to Management on the day-to-day operations of your progress, while maintaining focus on the department’s strategic goals.
  • Develop whole sales process from first client call, internal development of the bids to closing of the deals
  • Review sales statistics to become familiar with business growth potential and establish personal performance goals.
  • Participate in the development of the Strategic Sales Plan
  • Identify, prospect, and form relationships with Petroleum, Mining, and other identified sectors decision makers to secure new business for the Company
  • Provide information regarding sales to determine sales potential and inventory requirements to monitor customer preferences
  • Educate audiences on the value of using RSHG products to meet their construction needs
  • Enhance the Company’s reputation as an industry leader, and represent RSHG at conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and trade shows
  • Maintain a continual awareness of the industry, emerging trends, and factors specifically in the industry
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on weekly, monthly, and annual basis to keep management aware of progress and developing projects and issues
  • Work with Management on strategies for promoting the Company considering the nature of the market, property rights, costs, as well as the Company’s policy
  • Negotiate sales contracts with clients
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
  • Must assist in the implementation of the CRM system.



  • Must possess a College degree and able to communicate in English, French and Arabic if possible.
  • 7 years  minimum experience required with specific industry knowledge, including familiarity with construction, oil and gas, mining industry in the area is strongly preferred
  • Valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Superior time-management and planning skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Utilizing computer skills to prepare spread sheets, documenting sales progress
  • Have very good working knowledge of the CRM system
